This first aid course is specifically designed for Foundation Pharmacists. The content is designed in line with your work within Community Pharmacy and covers all content as recommended by The General Pharmaceutical Council. It will prepare you for the possible first aid encounters you may experience as a Pharmacist, where the public have an expectation of your skills and knowledge. The course includes recognition and management of common injuries and illnesses including resuscitation and choking, wounds, fractures, burns, poisons, head injuries, anaphylaxis (including the use of adrenaline) and much more.  With scenarios thrown in to challenge your knowledge, this interactive course will give you a great insight into managing a casualty. The practical element of BLS and Anaphylaxis will also be consolidated in your Vaccination Training which you will undoubtedly complete within the near future.
